General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the evobet platform and all its associated services. As a user, when you access this site, create an account, or use any service, these terms automatically come into effect.

Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

2.3 Identity Verification

evobet may at any time request additional documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Age Limit and Eligibility

Deposit and Withdrawal

For deposits and withdrawals on evobet, the mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh can be used — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

5.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Identity Verification and Withdrawal

Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal requests. If verification is pending on the account, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

evobet provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that the user must fully understand.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; before withdrawal, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• The claim period for a bonus is stated separately in each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonuses are only usable on your own account — they cannot be transferred.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering or contribute only partially.

6.3 Other Promotional Offers

evobet runs various promotional offers including weekly reloads, slots tournaments, cricket offers, birthday rewards and referral bonuses. Separate wagering terms and time limits apply to each offer. evobet reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet is placed on evobet, it generally cannot be cancelled. Users are advised to verify all details before confirming a bet.

7.1 Bet Cancellation and Changes

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, its value will be refunded.
• If an event is suspended, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.2 Odds and Results

evobet reserves the right to change odds. The odds at the time the bet is placed will be considered final. If an odds error is identified, evobet reserves the right to cancel that bet or reassess it at the corrected odds.

7.3 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games on evobet are operated by trusted software providers and use a Random Number Generator (RNG). The platform has no control over game outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the evobet platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the account.
• Fraudulent activities, software hacking or use of bots.
• Accessing another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs for advantage.
• Collusion against fellow players.
• Bypassing geographic restrictions via VPN or proxy.

If any such activity is suspected, evobet may temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is conducted.

Account Closure and Suspension

A user may request account closure at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any deposited funds before making the request.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Contact the support team to close your account. Any pending bonus terms at the time of closure will be cancelled. Reopening a closed account is at evobet's discretion.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by evobet

evobet may close or suspend any account without prior notice due to rule violations, suspected fraud, non-cooperation with the verification process or security concerns.

Limitation of Liability

evobet makes every effort to run its services reliably. However, evobet does not accept liability in the following situations:

• Any loss resulting from a leak of a user's account information, if caused by the user's own negligence.

If a user wins an excess amount due to a technical error, evobet reserves the right to correct or cancel that excess amount.
